I am (not) in Spock - To spock or not to spock? Many open source advocates and developers are already in. And you?

2007 was a desert blogging - Nicholas Goodman, who self proclaimed himself “Data Dynamo and BI Geek” and apparently google agrees yelding him at the top of “BI Geek” search, say 2007 was hia worst year for blogging. What about the others?

State to use open source software - The Communication and Information Ministry of Vietnam has recommended Government agencies use open source software when using funds from the State budget to purchase or implement IT projects.
