Microsoft Puts Weight Behind Open Source Projects With Web Platform Installer -TechCruch and others report the news, Microsoft Web Application Installer is now available for download. Savio says that they are not distributing open source, and I believe they are right doing that, in order to exclude Microsoft liability.
